I started going to the YMCA 2 years ago.i had to stop going for about a year for two major surgeries,. When I returned, everyone from the gentleman at the front desk to the lifeguards went out of their way to make sure I was helped when and if I needed it. At the time I was confined to a wheelchair. Through a lot of work and a tremendous amount of encouragement from the staff I can now walk short distances with a walker.
I like to see the way the YMCA is constantly improving. They have just replaced several machines to get in my best workout ever.
Employees are helpful and are always willing to give you information to improve your workout and how to use the new machines.
The members are included in decisions through various survey methods. The surveys make me feel that the members voice is important, and someone is listening while planning to act upon ideas from administration and the members.

Good selection of equipment and everything is in fantastic condition. Staff is friendly.
You have a pool, spa, sauna, basketball court, tennis/racquet ball court, workout area, track, classes and showers. Even have lockers for your belongings.
I enjoy going and the staff is helpful and friendly. Very professional and caring.

I like being able to go at anytime to do my exercise routine, but what I don't like is that they discontinued the wet wipes for wiping down the equipment. The papertowels are just not effective plus it take so many more to use and they disingrate when wiping.

I continue to see new equipment updating the old for better workouts. The new leg machine is great! I like having more cleaning stations for paper towels to wipe down the machines to help prevent the spread of germs. It's good to see the YMCA focusing on the orientation of school age children learning about swimming and exercise for their future health and safety.
There has been great progress in several areas over the past few months to help improve our YMCA.
