Equipment is good, facility is clean and the staff that works there (especially Eddie) is very friendly, professional and willing to help.
Using our YMCA membership are the high lites in our week. We’ve had some health issues and Dr and hospital visits that have interrupted our being able to go and our family team at the ‘Y” have called to check on us and brightened our days. When we went back it was like coming home with hugs and smiles and warmth of caring people. We love our YMCA family here in Clinton NC. They continue to improve the facility and the warmth and happy faces we see in the staff is better than any medicine! Thank you to every one taking such good care of us at our Clinton YMCA!

The staff members are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They always let you know when there are schedule changes.
The equipment is pretty well maintained besides the occasional out of order machine which gets fixed pretty quickly. Nice selection of machines and very kind staff.

It's great to exercise in a clean environment with friendly staff that make you feel welcome. I appreciate the updated equipment to provide better workouts. Personal trainers are always there to help with questions or provide personalized service. This YMCA is always working to improve and expand its services to help meet the needs of the community.

Wonderful. Employee well manner and positive attitude. Enjoy difference equipment and exercise classes. Also Daycare, Pool, Basketball court, Inside Walking Track etc.

Can we start a petition to make the pool a little warmer? I think you should send out an email asking people what they think about the temperature. My family thinks it's cold.
It's a friendly environment
With each and every visit, Sampson County YMCA feels more and more like family. Recently I went on vacation and upon my return the love I received made me feel abundantly loved! While on vacation , instructors checked on me encouraging me to stay on task. I just love my YMCA family!

The Y reviews old workout equipment and replaces it with upgraded equipment to promote better workouts. Staff monitor the cleanliness of the facility and equipment and take action when needed.
