I love everything about the YMCA! The staff are always so kind. I’ve found so many new fitness activities that I love because of the Y! I started swimming, kickboxing, and lifting in the last 4 months and I feel great!

The exercise program and schedule are well organized. The exercise classes offered are great. I especially use the pool for lap swimming. My wife enjoys the yoga classes. The facility is bright and clean.
I like that the environment is comfortable for working out. As a female, I appreciate not being harassed by dudes while working out. Everyone is pretty cool and Ive never had issues using the weight room.

I have enjoyed the Nir Family Y for my Shallow Water Aerobics, Stretch and Balance, the Steam room and sauna after my exercise activities. The instructors are phenomenal and make the activities fun. Mona is always pleasant and greets everyone in the morning with a smile.
