Everything. I’m really impressed with how they take care of their people, their team members, staff, and their community. They have top notch organizational skills, inspiring instructors. I’ve heard a lot of good things about their programs for people with disabilities. They have an awesome daycare center. I like how staff members greet you when you walk in. Sometimes parking is bit of a problem with people who have small kids. I would love to see an area with parking spaces for individuals who have small children. I’d like to see some speed bumps to keep careless drivers from going to fast.

The variety of group classes offered is the draw for me. It would be great if there were more classes offered in the 4:30 and 5:30 timeslot, as there are during the day when most folks are working. Would love it if classes could return to 60 minutes in duration.

The YMCA facility and programs are best value for your USA fitness dollar. Plus I can work out at any YMCA in the world with the reciprocal agreements.

I’m very pleased with the wide assortment of classes and activities provided by our Wilmington YMCA at numerous locations.
It’s clean, has helpful personnel, very nice locker room and i just feel comfortable there.

I love the water aerobics. The instructors are very nice. The staff at the front desk are friendly. I am not able to do the machines yet because of my knee. But I am looking forward to using them. The place is clean and that's makes a big difference. The people are very friendly . I have not met anyone yet that wasn't friendly or helpful.
