I love the diversity of classes. Deep water aerobics has become my favorite, and the 5 day offering provides flexibility for my schedule.
I love the Y. I love the pools and the variety of classes. And the overall vibe is great. Great people and great staff who are welcoming and kind and helpful. Can’t say enough good things. I’ve also lived a lot of places and gone to a LOT of YMCA facilities throughout my travels. NIR facilities are better than average for sure and the people here are the best I’ve encountered so far. Feel very blessed to call this Y “home”

The group fitness classes with Susan and Gordon are fun. So positive and motivating. Also, members are all very welcoming when new people join the classes. A great environment to work out.

The staff is incredible, always saying hello or good morning. Mona and Perry make a morning workout an enjoyable experience. The staff keeps the physical plant very clean. The management keeps the programs very up to date. The Nir Family Y is a great asset to our community.
