Always such a positive experience! The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly, I never feel judged or uncomfortable at the Y. The facilities are also great - the pools are clean, the sauna and steam room are big pluses for me and they are well maintained, there’s always plenty of shower space and lockers. I’ve also tried a number of the group classes and really enjoyed them; Alicia M’s yoga classes are a revelation!

My experience at the Nir Family YMCA is feeling safe and secure, seeing others coming and going to various programs and areas to work out health issues. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, also polite to all. There is so much to get involved in at the family YMCA, seeing kids involved also melts my heart, because they are our future generation.
When I leave after working out for nearly 3 hs and then entering the sauna and steam room, I feel I can concur the world with LOVE and RESPECT toward everyone I meet and greet

The equipment is in good condition. Variety of machines to choose from. Facility is clean, staff friendly and you provide a comprehensive exercise program that I have not even begun to take advantage of.

All of it , love the pools I was a member years ago but couldn’t fit it in my work day but now that I am retired I can go whenever I want yeah!!!!!
Everyone is friendly and helpful. The water aerobics class are a great place to start getting back into exercising. You have three classes to choose from. And you don't have to know how to swim. Upstairs they have all kinds of equipment. And someone will gladly show you how to use the equipment. I enjoy it very much.
