I have been a member of the Nir Family YMCA off/on for 30 years and I love the staff and the sense of community. There are so many different activities that I can participate in that have changed as I grow older. I don't think of it as a workout place or gym, I think of my YMCA as a place to interact with like-minded people. Thank you for all you do!

There are so many different offerings ( classes, group programs, individual workout plans, etc.), and all the people are so friendly and helpful!
Instruction and equipment are both are tops. Clean environment goes long way too.

Water aerobics 7 am class. The people who work there so caring and helpful. But need more classes at this location for Tachi, Pilates, and yoga for seniors to help with their balance.
