The NIR Family YMCA has something for everyone. It offers a wide range of classes for every demographic (my favorites are water aerobics and cardio/strength classes). The instructors for the classes are friendly while at the same time very professional. I appreciate that the instructors are very encouraging and helpful in teaching skills needed for their classes. I also appreciate that the facility is very clean- the classrooms, the showers, locker rooms, sauna and sports courts.
I hear from so many people how grateful they are that we have this Y in our community. It adds to so many people's quality of life.

So many things are good about the Nir Family Y - the facilities, variety of activities, friendliness of the staff and the sense of community the Y fosters among people of all ages.
Programs and exercise classes are great! I do hope they get pools at more locations!
