The service
There are many things I like about the NIR YMCA. First, they have so many class options. No matter what your activity level or interest they have a class to suit that desire/need. I also appreciate the class schedules- there are many offerings throughout the day. Then there is the facility itself. This Y has a high standard of cleanliness. The women's locker room is spacious and always clean. I also appreciate having the option of the steam room, sauna and showers. The cost of having a Y membership is so affordable - no matter your income level. I also appreciate the diversity of members and the friendliness of the staff and instructors.

:The water aerobics classes. I attend the 9:15 class with Will five days a week. I appreciate how he gives advice for an alternative move when you are unable to do a particular exercise. He’s also very friendly and he puts a lot of levity into the class. In my opinion, he is an excellent water aerobics instructor.
