Convenience to the point that I never have to think about my propane supply. This means a lot more than it may sound like, but I've never had an issue with my propane system in nearly 25 years continuous service. When, during a iwnter storm a few years back, a big oak branch fell onto the tank and caused some superficial damage, a serviceman came right out & fixed it, though as I recall we had no interruption in service.
And, as a member of the Farm Bureau, I enjoy a price reduction adding up to a respectable amount each year.

I have always been very happy with your service and pricing.. Recently I became aware that a propane customer in our area refilled with Ferrillgas for $1.69/ gal considerably less. than the $2.64 price we paid on 10/26 at about the same time. I do not know it they got some special deal for some reason and I have not called them to find out if I would save money with them. I really do not want to change companies since you have never let us down.

Well, it seemed things have changed in the past year, or so. #1 - Kamps stopped proving fill services of 5 gal for Kamp members, #2 - I stopped getting notices of my residential tank fill percentage. Not sure what’s happening but I’ve been with Kamps since I moved to Pine Grove about 13 years ago and never had one negative comment about Kamps. Now, I understand there are new owners and have chosen to, apparently, cut costs and it seems like the respect for the users have ebbed. A relatively small thing but surely noticed.
You have a local outlet that we can visit if needed. Kamps was very quick to respond to our need for propane when out tank was empty.
I love the auto delivery. I don’t have to think about it. The tank dips below a specific point and the truck arrives and fills it up. I’m very happy with our service. I would recommend them.
