After being left high and dry"empty" from another propane provider and that company now moved there call center overseas to people who have no personal connection with us in our community, we made the decision to look elsewhere for propane services. Kamps is local and when I made the first call the get a new service it instantly felt right. The customer service rep was personal and thoughtful, they understood exactly what I needed. After all said and done kamps was at our home next day swapping tanks and filling us up. I went to the main office to pay and put a card on file and the staff is way cool. I wished we originally started with kamps. Thank you to the entire Kamps team..

I have always had good service from Kamps. I switched to Kamps after I was unable to reach my previous company during an emergency. I couldn't reach a local person to help me. I contacted Kamps and they were able to come out and move an exisiting line which gave me back my propane and also for the construction to continue. I have been satisfied ever since. My tank is monitored so I don't run out of propane. The driver is respectful of my property and always friendly. If needed, I can call and reach a local person.
