The gentleman who filled my tank was on another call. I rani nto him on the dirt road and he checked my levels from his vehicle. He explained that even though I wasn't empty, I would not be charged per visit, but only for the amount used. He then went back up the hill and filled my tank. What a guy!
You appear to try and be a part of the local community and I always note that during bad weather you folks always seem to make a supreme effort to take care of us.

Customer service is absolutely amazing! Their prices are amazing as well! I switched from js west who absolutely sucked in the customer service department their prices are also doubled in price. I was happy to switch with just the customer service difference but then when kamps told me their prices it was an added bonus!! I highly recommend them as everyone I have delt with has been amazing!!!

Love the NEW LOWER PRICES ON PROPANE! VERY GRATEFUL! Very efficient when gas level is low, they automatically come out and refill tank. NO NEED TO CALL FIRST! THE STAFF AT KAMPS IS ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY, CARING, COURTEOUS, RESPECTFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ANSWER PHONE IMMEDIATELY WHEN CALLING! NEVER HAVE TO WAIT ON LINE LONG; NO NEED TO HAVE THEM RETURN CALL BACK.

We love not having to call when we need a reload, and the way they send out an e-mail with the quantity that we have left. The ladies that answer their phones are always friendly, have all the answers to my questions. And the guys that come out to refill our tank know what they are doing, are careful, and get the job done efficiently. Kamps is a great company and I'm so glad that we chose them 10 years ago when we moved up here.

Kamps has always delivered our propane when they said they would even in difficult weather. They have delivered in special circumstances when we requested this several times. We get regular reports on the balance of gas in our tanks. Their customer service telephone staff members have always been courteous. We highly recommend Kamps to others.
