Dealing with Brooke Chase and Hunter Coston were wonderful to work with during g the purchasing process.

Brooke was so kind and easy to work with.

Hunter was honest with us and completed every task that he said he would do.

You have an amazing team. We love the Home. It is cute as a button, but the purchase was made because of the people.

We are very pleased with every step from start to finish. Keith was informative and a great guide in terms of the home choices. Had he not suggested our Foxglove model we never would have thought about it. It is the PERFECT fit! We were well informed and kept up to date with every stage. Bryan was OUTSTANDING! He listened to every question, comment, or concern we had. He is the consummate professional. I would like to note that he addressed both my husband AND myself. Bryan treated both of us as equal decision-makers throughout the project.

The experience of buying the house and building a new house is very excellent and exciting. We are very grateful for all the excellent support from sales, designer and especially for the builder Henry. Henry has been very professional and has done a great job to build our beautiful house. Thanks!

Sherry made our experience amazing and was always available to answer questions even if they were small or random. Chris also was incredibly helpful with the build and showing us all of the features of the home.

Everyone went above and beyond to help us and handle our requests. Shannon Sellers was exceptional with design and Henry Williams and his team listened to our requests and handled everything on our punch list with professionalism and respect. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
