Christina Wright and Will Chappell did an excellent job talking us through everything, listening to our feedback, and ultimately building a beautiful home that met our standards. Despite one or two setbacks during the build, they ultimately delivered a great product on time, that will suit us well for years to come.

Will was great to work with. Kept us updated throughout the whole building process. I can’t say enough good things about him. Christina was also outstanding. We were very fortunate to have both Christina and Will to be the points of contact during this home buying experience.

Teb Berryhill was fantastic. We have built four homes in the past, and Teb is the best person we have ever worked over 40 years. Very professional, follows up quickly, courteous, polite. He was truly outstanding in every way. He did everything possible to make this build a pleasant experience for us. We never encountered a problem or an issue that was not quickly resolved to our satisfaction. He went over and above our expectations.

Dealing with Brooke Chase and Hunter Coston were wonderful to work with during g the purchasing process.

Brooke was so kind and easy to work with.

Hunter was honest with us and completed every task that he said he would do.

You have an amazing team. We love the Home. It is cute as a button, but the purchase was made because of the people.

We are very pleased with every step from start to finish. Keith was informative and a great guide in terms of the home choices. Had he not suggested our Foxglove model we never would have thought about it. It is the PERFECT fit! We were well informed and kept up to date with every stage. Bryan was OUTSTANDING! He listened to every question, comment, or concern we had. He is the consummate professional. I would like to note that he addressed both my husband AND myself. Bryan treated both of us as equal decision-makers throughout the project.
