Lastly, our builder Wayne Scotch came through in a clutch. He completed all our must haves on the final days to until close. He was patient with all of our questions, personable & added thoughtful touches to help make our house a home.

Where do I even begin! The people make the difference at Harris Doyle, and we were fortunate to have a great team while purchasing in Blackridge! Our agent was Andy and he was very helpful and personable and was there when we needed him, even just to stop by and say hello. Our builder was Henry Williams, who all of the neighbors spoke up before we met him. He takes pride in what he does and cares deeply that everyone is satisfied with what they are building, he works with you as things arise and is honest. We would give him an 11/10!! Our designer was Emily who is basically a magician with how she pulls your ideas together and brings them to life in the home! She helped me make so many decisions, advocated for us and was extremely patient! She even made us coffee when we came back to close, embracing what it means to personally care for us! Our closing team was also awesome and Tina is the absolute kindest. Everyone from communicating with Stephanie at Silverton mortgage to learn how to finance new construction to the outside attorney that helps you close were very kind and personable. The office and design studio felt very welcoming and like they know us personally. We are happy with our decision to choose Harris Doyle!
