The whole process was great. Our builder, Henry William, was very kind and attentive and efficient.

Had a great experience with the on-site realtors, Todd and Lindsay. They were helpful and responsive anytime we needed anything. Also, the selections process with Shannon was great. She was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Finally, the closing process was seamless. From the admin staff and the closing attorney, it was a smooth process.

Our only concern was the changeover with our main builder, as we had a total of 3 throughout the build.

Overall, the process went great.

We loved working with every team member at Harris Doyle! They are organized, efficient, and made the experience so enjoyable! Our builder, Chris, was extremely efficient and communicated wonderfully. He was on top of every aspect of our home.

Everything from start to finish has been phenomenal and seamless. Sherry Jones is the biggest blessing and ultimately why we chose Penn Meadows. She is personable, communicative, and offers a different level of service. Sherry sets the standard in customer service and professionalism. Chris Lowry was helpful and professional. Stephanie Gant with Silverton was helpful and went above and beyond.
