The staff and members I’ve interacted with have been extremely helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable in working out there since my first day. The locker rooms are clean and well maintained. I haven’t taken advantage of all of the amenities as I mostly come to the Y for cardio. The cardio machines are plentiful and I usually don’t have to wait for a machine especially the rowing machine.
What I like the most is the wide repertoire of fitnrss classes they have for all tastes and needs.
I like the group classes.
