The track at the Lake ymca is by far the best in town. Friendly staff and massive parking lot.

I like having access to a running track because I dislike running on a treadmill. I love that the people are friendly and the place is ALWAYS clean! There are lots of choices in workout equipment and I feel good supporting an organization that supports youth and our community.
pleasant courteous staff
Lifeguard on duty was very helpful and interested in ensuring I had a lane to swim laps. Locker room is very clean and convenient. Miss having dryer on wall like North Canton Y does. Do enjoy the convenience of being able to use Lake Y at times.
I have tried a couple of the other area Y’s but the Lake branch is my favorite. Everyone that I have come in contact with, instructors, workers and participants, have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome.
The variety of classes that Lake offers exceeds the other nearby Y. I am recently retired from education and enjoy taking morning classes, something I could not do for the past 36 years! The number of different classes at different times has allowed me to try many classes!

I have been going to the Lake YMCA for almost 15 years. The classes they offer are phenomenal. The staff has always been friendly. The activities and social event for the seniors are great. I’m actually a bit jealous of all the fun thing the seniors get to do!
At the time I go there are not too many people there and most of those are seniors. It’s a nice sized room that houses the exercise equipment. It is a bright room with natural light and ceiling fans.
