There is a lot to do for kids. I do wish class times for things like swim lessons were longer or twice a week but otherwise I like the variety.
Availability - I can come and use the equipment almost any time

PLEASE make the universal dressing roof safe. As a disabled member, I always fear walking from the dressing room to the pool. The walkway, when wet, is SO SLIPPERY. My canes slip and I nearly fall each time my cane tip slips on the wet floor. Please, can the rubber mats be placed down the center of the walkway?

Everyone is so happy and helpful, the facility, everywhere is clean and in great working order. I appreciate all female changing rooms and bathrooms.

Teresa, water aerobic at Y in Silverdale, is MORE THAN AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!She gets us moving, has a sense of humor, explains things, If the Y gave out awards to their staff, she would be top on the list. At times there are 65+ folks in her classes - she is special.

I like the Silverdale Y because it is near my home and they have a good variety of exercise classes.

This is the best YMCA ever...I have been a member at various Y's in the US for 40 plus years..This is my favorite..immaculate, friendly, inclusive, and a huge variety of ways to try and stay fit and healthy.
Haselwood has the best staff and very friendly clientele. I have met many great people through this YMCA and feel blessed to have chosen this as a gym!

I enjoy the ambience (building is beautiful), the teachers are very well trained and friendly, and I can always find a class or open equipment. Having just moved to WA from CA, the YMCA has saved my life as I try to acclimate to a new place. Very much appreciated.
Pleasant staff and very nice facility. We do need some fans upstairs in that area across from the weight machines. There are no blinds in that area, either, and the late morning sun really heats it up.
