We received the best customer service on the day we signed up. The folks working at the Bremerton Y are so helpful & pleasant to be around. The facility is clean, which I appreciate. The Y is close & accessible for us. We love the YMCA 360 in the upstairs rooms so we can do any program we want at any time the rooms are available. That adds a great deal of value for those of us with busy & "moving target" schedules.
The Bremerton YMCA is convenient to where I live. I enjoy swimming, the elliptical workouts and classes. The staff is friendly and helpful and the gym is clean. I appreciate the 'Stay Healthy' signage, and cleaning stations to keep what you touch clean.

I really enjoy and respect the employees at the YMCA--they are kind, friendly, helpful, and seem to really like working there! I like that I can get on the exercise bike every time I'm there and know that it's clean and ready for me to safely and healthfully use! I wish the Bremerton Y would have more of the classes that are mentioned in the brochures from time to time, especially for senior citizens, but whenever I call to find out about those classes, I'm told they don't have them at that YMCA because they don't have the staff for it, this is disappointing! :(

The staff is wonderful and very friendly. We love the child watch program and are excited to participate in other kids programs when our little one is ready. We also love the location, it’s so convenient from downtown Bremerton.

The Bremerton YMCA is a welcoming, safe & caring place for all ages. I feel that it is part of my extended family. The staff is efficient & shows compassion for its patrons.

I like the programs and classes and amenities the YMCA offers. I do NOT like the too-frequent emails begging me to sign to up for classes that have no opt-out or unsubscribe option, and the website UI is atrocious.
Everyone is friendly. All shapes, sizes and ages are there to improve. It’s not about skinny people in lululemon and makeup that I’ve seen at other YMCAs.
The Sauna
Deep water aerobics class. Great group.
Very convenient and getting to meet lots of new/old friends and the facility is very clean and the management/ staff and class instructors are friendly/ pleasant and wonderful people to have around.😃
