There appears to be some minor but major depending on how you looked at what appears to be deferred maintenance. For example:
Several shower heads in the upstairs Men's locker-room are dripping wasting value water. Monday's hot water is scarce. New hot water heater?
Soap dispensers break and seem to never get fixed. They are all operational at this time.
Sink water pressure comes out do high. Missing a water reducer.
Weights used for class are falling apart. Can we please get replacements. Mats are needing a thinning and replacement as well.
The big issue is the roof leaking with buckets and rags on the track causing danger to runners. Please just fix it. Asking members to donate $$ and yet the facility cannot be maintained properly.
The "Y" is very convenient for me and the staff all seem very friendly and helpful! All you need to do is repair the roof.

I enjoy everything about the YMCA: the equipment, the classes offered and the staff.
Would like to see Barre brought back. Also, need Pilates more available.
The thing I think is outrageous is the cost for a guest to attend. That needs to be cut in half!
Has all the exercise options I like. Great staff. My only complaint is the music in the gym during some classes is extremely loud and disruptive to those in other areas that want to listen to their own music. There needs to be a happy medium.
The staff are wonderful! I like the facilities which are well maintained as well.

I love Mel Korum YMCA! Everyone from the front desk, the instructors and the helpers on the floor are all very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s is always clean and well stocked with sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. I look forward to going there and I highly recommend it to my friends and family.
I was an original hire at this YMCA just before the doors opened in 2000. Coming back as a member, I can say that the weightlifting equipment has really upgraded over the years and the entire facility is very clean. I like the upgrades they've made for their sports park, the better use of space upstairs as well as the downstairs Men's locker room area, and the atmosphere definitely feels positive. It's a busy facility, but it still feels spacious and you still can get to the each machine without much wait at all.

There are a variety of opportunities for youth and the only thing I would recommend is to have an intro to weight lifting class for pre-teens

We have the best, most welcoming staff. The facility is always clean and it's a friendly atmosphere.
Clean, great employees, the pools waters are great, the sauna is my favorite. My 44 year old daughter is in a wheelchair the pool is very helpful therapy:)
