Love the gym. Need to monitor the cell phone usage while using the equipment. It’s very frustrating when you try to use the machines and find people just sitting on them with their phones. There should be signage, reminding people that prolonged cell phone usage while on the equipment prevents other people from using the equipment
It’s clean, well maintenance, and adequate parking
I needed to place my membership on hold due to some health issues. Devin was extremely helpful in allowing me to do this and arranging everything for me. Excellent customer service!

Steam room only is smelly and feels dirty. Needs eucalyptus or Ron deodorant so it's not musky smell.
Friendly people and plenty of equipment
The facility is equipped with every imaginable piece of exercise equipment as well as indoor swimming pools, walking/running tracks, basketball courts, et al. It is immaculate and the equipment is almost always in working order. Most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly, respectful and accomodating. I would recommend membership in the facility without hesitation.

How clean and orderly everything is. I also appreciate how friendly the staff is and how much is available, such as lockers and rooms, for members to freely use.

I enjoy the availability of the machines and the cleanliness. Every time I am in the facility I am reminded of what a wonderful place this is for all ages.
My girls have loved the summer day camp at Tom Taylor. They love the active and routines day. They feel safe and comfortable and have a chance to play all day. There seem to be so many positive young adults and teenagers around as good role models, too. We love the all-day camps.
I love that the camp offers all day, fun and activities for our daughter. She loves going to camp there. If I had one thing I would like to change it would be more swimming time or more water activities because they’re outside most of the day and most days are pretty warm. It would be nice if if there was a little more water activities planned.

The cleanliness is something everyone should be proud of in their YMCA.
It’s not the facility that is offputting. Certain individuals that do not bathe outside before they come in to work out. Sometimes the smell of individuals is overwhelming! Personal cleanliness sometimes escapes people. I understand people sweat, but this funk comes from their daily outside living.
Also, trimming your toenails in the locker room and leaving the remains is just plain disgusting!! I don’t know how that can be addressed, but it is really just selfish and gross!
Other than that. This YMCA is wonderful.

We love how modern it is and how clean the pool is! The locker rooms are good. We love the yoga classes and the many opportunities for younger children to do at the facility. We love the vending machines and the new play areas. My kids are dying to do the climbing wall!
I went to the Y with a friend to swim but did not have a membership. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they gave me a visitor pass for the day! The facility is very nice!
