On the track today, members of the exercise class on the gym floor (10AM or so) came upstairs to run laps now and then, for a lap or two at a time. A lot of runners today ran in the lanes marked for jogging and walking. I think this increases the risk for collision and injuries.
Rona who is the instructor for Thurs. 11:00 AM Circuit class in the main gym is EXCELLENT!! She has a very strong skill set and is so friendly and encouraging. Thank you for such a great instructor.

My cousin and I took line dancing class for the first time. Since we did not know the moves it was very difficult. We would learn the steps to one routine then move to another. I need repetition. Thank you!

I like the overall vibe--inclusive and not 'judgy'. I feel welcomed at whatever fitness state I'm at. I LOVE the Commit Dance classes, especially instructors Jodi, Karen and LJ. The front desk staff is very friendly. Facilities are clean and well-equipped.

Please make the Y 360 app available to patrons on the tvs. I love doing the cardio dance parties and don’t have room in my house to do it. The tv in the yoga room says it’s set up but maintenance has tried to get it connected to WiFi and it’s a broken tv and can no longer get connected to WiFi. Also there are some tai chi folks who wanted to try getting together to practice the video in that room but cannot due to it being broken. Please replace! :)
