The location, the classes. What I do NOT like is how limited the parking has become for members since you crammed so many classes into the 10:45 timeslot. I used to have no problem finding parking at the 10:30 timeslot. Also, you have non-Y members parking in the lot that are not using the services.
I really like the fact that, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, all the necessary weights are @ the facility. The facility is also very family oriented and has everything one could possibly need to. stay in shape, from an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub, to an indoor pool. The staff is also very courteous, pleasant and helpful.
Variety of exercise opportunities. About the only thing needed at this point is a Ballroom Dance class.
I like the array of classes for all ages to keep people engaged and moving. I'm also grateful for the scholarship program because my family isn't well off and it allows us to be members and enjoy all the YMCA has to offer.
Awesome customer service!
Can you have a morning spin class during the week in the 6:30-7:30 hour? 5:15am is way too early and 9a is too late for those having to be at work. I think it would be a popular time. Let’s try it!
Sandi and Skip are so welcoming!
The special greeti g I received from Sandy at front desk
Please improve Comcast reception on all machines upstairs.
All good. Glad to be here.
Welcoming and friendly
Very welcoming Sandi!
Warm welcome from Sandi!
Ask men to please not use strong after shave lotions or fragrances some of us have chemical allergies. One guy today just reeked!
Please replace shower curtains in women's shower. Where are the clocks in locker room?
I love the Y!
Sandi is one of my favorite people at the Y. Her enthusiasm is contagious. Occasionally during Aqua Zumba she cheers us on and might even do a few motions with us as she passes by the pool. While coming to Aqua Zumba and/or Aqua Boot Camp I've observed her teaching others to swim in the shallow end. I've been able to see how well her students progress over time. If I didn't already know how to swim I would want Sandi to teach me. She celebrates every victory! I'm glad I came to the Y and got to meet Sandi, and look forward to seeing her with each visit.
the variety of exercise opportunities!!
the new weight room equipment you have put in.
The staff are all wonderful people. The weight set-up is great. The prices are reasonable.
This is the cheapest healthcare policy you could ever purchase! Take a proactive approach to your health.
We need each other to provide support
Left on our own, we seek our lowest level
we are very, very, VERY grateful for our Tom Taylor YMCA community. We also appreciate how clean our facility is and that when the equipment is broken down - you fix quickly. For that, we appreciate . . . this Thanksgiving we are thankful for our Tom Taylor YMCA TEAM! John Paul and Karen Meier
Variety of equipment. Large space, classes offered
Friendly helpful staff.
I attend water aerobics three times a week. At 88 yearsI know that the workout is what keeps me going.
The time in the water has become a bright light in my day because of the other attendants, and the men and women who fill the jobs of instructors, lifeguards, cleaners, technicians, etc. I delight in watching families with all ages of children, and the mentally handicapped with their care givers.
The parking is often a disaster, which my sons have to work with, as I do no longer drive.
I would always recommend Tom Taylor’s facility!
Caring and compassionate staff. Clean facility and well equipped with activities for many interests.
The Tom Taylor YMCA has great classes and nice facilities. It's a great community of people and I have really enjoyed it.

I always feel welcomed.
I like the wide range of activities and the facilities. And the staff are great.
What is not great is that for those of us who come at noon to water walk (basically a bunch of 8-14 senior citizens with back, hip and knee issues), the music system plays sounds that vary in volume and run into the "damage to the ears" range above 81 db. It's a constant hassle because the equipment used doesn't have a volume limit on it, and music played has songs that shift in volume, particularly the loud rock music. We don't mind the volume. We do mind being subjected to to sudden loud rises in the noise level that are damaging to our hearing. This is an issue the Y needs to address.
A community for active healthy living. Wonderful staff greet you to be your best.
Great group of caring people

It's a family!
