It the few months we have been here she has gotten comfortable with the friendly staff and the water.you guys makes this journey a easy transition.

No other swim class has interested my son. He always cried. Never a tear at Aqua Tots. Happy to go and loves the teachers. I think the small class size and warm water help immensely. There is also structure to the class and safety rules that I like. It’s fun to watch him through the glass during class. Loving our experience.

I’ve been bringing my toddler here since she was 6 months old and she has become really comfortable in the water. Her instructor Jazz is great with her!

The two girls at the reception desk on Sundays are amazing. They greet all my children by name and with excitement. They even know my son's name who is not in swim class but come to watch big brother and sister. We also love coach Raven she is a great coach who pushes my kiddos to reach their goals.

All of the teachers, especially Raven, have been patient and kind. My children are making progress and gaining confidence.

My issue was heard and handled. I appreciate the communication and the understanding. Thank you.

The swim teacher are very knowledgeable and caring. My great grandson is advancing very nicely.

One year ago I took my kids to a hotel with a pool, I thought they would love it! It was a disaster, they were hanging on me, fearful of the water and crying. I immediately enrolled them in swim lessons through Aquatots. One year later, they are no longer fearful of water, and are on their way to becoming more proficient swimmers. The staff has been so helpful and rescheduling is a breeze.

May want to vary the lessons a little. Ours are exactly the same every time. Maybe add in a bonus skill.

We love the staff!

The entire staff is wonderful! From the instructors to the desk, each one is passionate, involved, and perfectly suited for their role. The environment is always clean, spacious, and energetic.

The staff and coaches at Aqua Tots treat all of their members like family. My kids are extremely comfortable with everyone and all of the staff goes above and beyond to provide everyone with the best experience.

We love Aqua Tots Berkley! It honestly feels like a family, everyone is so kind, compassionate and welcoming. My daughter has made such great progress in the water in under a year! The instructors give great feedback and keep the kids engaged in class. The facility is always clean and the pool area is kept warm so the kids are comfortable. They also offer open swim and extra events they go above and beyond to make kids feel special!

We love the whole school, they are so flexible and courteous towards the families. The only thing I do not really like is the new little machine sitting int he changing area to "grab toys" that is so hard for parents to always say no to the kids that they cannot have a toy everytime.

I am incredibly pleased with the service, care, and kindness of aqua at Berkeley Michigan location. I’ve always been greeted with such warmth than kindness of on walking in the door. They take time to memorize everybody’s names. I’ve written many nice reviews about this particular site in those employed at. This day I was coming to drop off my two older children to their swim class when one of the young sweet receptionist noticed that I was Having some difficulty wrangling to toddlers and a newborn. She followed me to my seat, asked me if I needed anything and then brought me water and a snack. She treated me more than just a person, but made me feel very good. Definitely in the postpartum phase. This is not the first time I have been treated with such Immense kindness and generosity whether it be through simple act of greeting me to offering me water. I love this location.
