Student Testimonials
Great instructors, the cleanliness of the facility, promptness and inviting environment. My children have learned so much within the past few months!
The staff is incredible!
My son has had such a great experience swimming at Aqua Tots and is excited to go each week! We can’t thank coach Sam enough for how great he is with the kids! I’ve recommend Aqua Tots numerous times and will continue to do so!
The staff is friendly and very helpful
As a parent that workload is extreme, Aqua Tots provides alot of flexibility! That works for me and allows my child to continue to thrive in swimming.
The staff here are always kind when we come. It’s our first time taking classes here and so far my daughter loves it here.
All the Staff is amazing and I truly feel like they want to take care of my son but also take care of me. Making sure I'm comfortable with the set up and consistently communicating with me. Also, Tiffany is AMAZING!
Great customer service! Friendly and fun.
Coach Isabella is amazing. She’s so great with Charles, challenging him and embracing his love of the water, even when he’s silly. We were bummed when our previous favorite coach left Aqua-Tots, but are so happy that caused us to try Isabella’s classes. I would highly recommend her!
Staff is accomodating and friendly. My kids love it here.
We like the program. Teachers are friendly and helpful.
Y’all do a great job’s with the children
Andrea and the management staff are always so friendly and helpful. We love Coach Sarah and Coach Isabella - they bring such a positive attitude to class each week!
Great staff! Welcoming environment!
I will start from the beginning.
1. Parking lot at my location is easy and safe to access. Only issue is the driveway into the parking lot from the main road.
2. The incredibly friendly staff that always greet the with a smile and take time to know your child’s name.
3. Clean and clear area.
4. Always encouraging and understanding of children who are more reluctant. My daughter was at aqua tots for 1.5 years and was ready to transition to the next level where parents do not go in with them and that was a real struggle. She cried and cried. We tried to stick with it. The instructors were sooooo patient and kind. Tried to make it so easy for her. Tended to her individually. But my stubborn daughter wasn’t having it. They had such a sweet and gentle conversation with me that it was okay to take a break and start up again when she’s a little older. It was a hard pill for me to swallow but I agreed. My son however is a fish and couldn’t jump in faster (more on that in a second). So we pulled her out. She still comes to class to watch her brother and everyone still acknowledges her by name and reminds her that she is familiar to them and well liked. My hope is next month we will try again.
5. The front staff is so organized. Always keeping up with technology and providing so many options for classes for busy families. Also always walking around to keep an eye on everyone outside the pool.
6. Double door entrance so no child can run out easily.
7. The deck supervisor, Michelle. Can’t say enough about her. Her keen eye, her firm but confident way of reminding your child they are capable and still will be safe in the pool. Always taking time to say hello and reassure parents when your child is the one that is disrupting the class because they are scared. The patience is endless and as a parent you feel guilty and they all put that at ease.
8. My son has a new teacher this year. Luna. Absolutely love her. Reminds me a Michelle in training. Again very focused and firm. I watch her really focus on the form and technique with my son and still be silly and make him feel special. What I also like is also her ability to remind him that in the water is safety first and when act too silly you now face the consequences of sitting on the edge of the pool on the outside inside of inside. We have been going to Aqua tots for over two years and that never had to happen except recently. He was definitely having a hard day that day and I wasn’t surprised but I am happy with the way they dealt with it. With kindness but also with firmness.
Thank you.
The staff are all professional n friendly. Coach Katrina is wonderful and very patient, we love her.

Your facility and program are great- but your staff is outstanding!
Great staff, Instructors are awesome. good cleaning protocols
I love Aqua Tots! The only reason I didn't give a full 10 is that it's nearly impossible to schedule a makeup class. I like that we can cancel a class and schedule a new one but there are never any classes to schedule for a makeup.
My son loves swimming here and always has a smile on his face. He's been going since he was 3yrs old and is now almost 6yrs old. He is doing breast stokes and back strokes across the pool and swims better than me now!
The teachers! But also the availability of days and times for classes! And being able to have both my kids each in their own class at the same time! These logistics are incredble!
Great teachers and staff. Friendly environment. Very sensitive to the needs of my special needs child.
Noah is the best coach for level 1! We love him and our son has such a good time every week. He’s getting so comfortable in the water and it’s definitely thanks to the swim classes every week. We’ve had a few substitute teachers who clearly aren’t as comfortable with the infants and were a bit anxious, which was stressful. But Noah is amazing and we’ve been lucky to get such good water exposure from these classes.
The staff!!! The growth I see in my child!
Just enjoy swimming with my kid!
Everyone is so nice at aqua tots berkley! The teachers are very knowledgeable and caring for the kids.
Coach Sam is great at teaching little kids!
You all provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for both parents and children!!!

Generally it's good and the kids like it. I would like to see better translation from skills acquired to the daily update reports. The kids really care about this, and I've seen instnaces where they successfully execute a skill in the pool, but it doesn't get translated to the report, or one kid gets updated and the other doesn't.
