It feels like a good safe environment with a comprehensive swim program. I’ve loved all the coaches we’ve encountered - they seem very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. The pricing structure is good. The class availability is good; nice clean facilities. I love the easy and communication, billing and scheduling via the app. The staff has reached out several times to check in and encouraging us to come back when we took a pause and understanding of challenges I had getting my little one comfortable and excited to return

We love swim classes at Aqua-tots! The flexibility of being able to cancel classes and schedule make up sessions if we’re traveling or sick is amazing. My son loves learning to swim and always has a great time.

All the instructors are really good with the kids, my kids are making good and quick progress. Everyone is very nice, the installations are super clean and their program is strong on safety
We've been really impressed with the coach and staff. The facility is spotless and thoughtfully set up to make taking an infant swimming as easy as possible. Our child LOVES to play in the pool, and we feel great that she's learning skills that will ensure her safety.
Everyone who has helped us has been very warm and friendly and put our minds at ease. The instructors have all been fabulous and I always feel like my son has eyes on him and that he’s safe. The structure seems very much to be working. Thank you!

Drea is the main reason! We love her! She is so positive that it really radiates to the kids and makes swimming a favorable activity! The staff at Aqua tots berkley really is outstanding! Without them the experience wouldn't be the same! Its really nice to have people that are always smiling and making the experience so positive! ❤️
