Reasonably priced.
Trainers are the best!
Equipment & pool facilities are clean and spacious.
The entire atmosphere is nurturing, amiable and nonjudgmental. A great place to workout!

The staff is always pleasant and willing to go out of their way for you. The people who come to the Y are serious about being healthy but friendly.
The SW Y is a model.

I joined mainly to swim, which I do 2 to 3x a week. Great pool. Lanes are always available when I go, and there is usually a lane somewhat shaded by the overhead lattice which is great to get some protection from the AZ sun.

Abby was such a kind instructor. This was my baby‘s first time in the pool and she was great! The facility is clean and enjoyable :-)
