Reasonably priced.
Trainers are the best!
Equipment & pool facilities are clean and spacious.
The entire atmosphere is nurturing, amiable and nonjudgmental. A great place to workout!

The staff is always pleasant and willing to go out of their way for you. The people who come to the Y are serious about being healthy but friendly.
The SW Y is a model.
