How they make there team so family oriented
Group classes offer not only healthy exercise, but a wonderful social interaction in meeting new friends!
The gym is clean and staff if friendly. The locker rooms are clean also.
It's a nice clean facility with a diverse gym and a good variety of programs.

Very clean facility, lots of workout choices, the pool and its morning hours are fantastic. But the best of all is the friendly staff that greets me when I enter and bid me a cheerful farewell when I leave each day.

I love it! I receive excellent instruction from Nichole in Gentle Yoga. I can't say enough good things about the class and her teaching style. She is a gem. I enjoy meeting people. I like the good work that the Y does in the community.

I love coming to the YMCA! I feel that all the workers are very helpful, courteous, and upbeat. The machines, workout area and equipment are always clean and organized. I am newly disabled and when I was down on my luck and feeling at my lowest point they welcomed me with open arms and always treat me like family! The environment that Mary (Goodyear, AZ) and the team have cultivated over the last few years is fantastic. I am thankful and grateful to be a member of Southwest Valley YMCA! If you don’t know about the YMCA, now you know!!

The employees are helpful and friendly, the facilities are clean, something for everyone, ( my health insurance pays for my membership), and it is conveniently located for me!
It's the best experience for a gym. The facility is kept clean and tidy. The equipment is new and taken care of. Our Y family are always cordial and friendly. And we haven't even talked about all the programs and classes!
