Well maintained facility with variety of latest exercise equipment and convenient hours open.Has variety of classes including Tai Chi and programs for children and youth.
The staffs are very nice. I love the classes Silver sneakers and Zumba gold. Wish there is Zumba gold on Tuesday or Thursday at 10:00 am

i look forward to my 4 days of exercise. the instructor is fantastic… i think every instructor i’ve had is great… ive been to other Ymca and gyms and this is my favorite. i feel every instructor ive had teaches with us in mind… im silver sneakers but my classes dont let me fall into the old lady realm… . i have energy , strength and motivation to live life and be happy for the health i maintain… im 85 and shock everyone i tell them that… they see me as much younger and active person than 85… i would not bd getting that reaction without the Ymca… and im grateful i have it in my life….
Friendly staff, lots of various workout equipment/free weights/pool/basketball court…One downside is the men’s locker room: lockers are in disrepair, often don’t work properly a d unsecure.
