The staff is really awesome and the cleanliness throughout the YMCA it's not like going to a regular gym I spend a lot of time here because I feel comfortable and not pressured.

We love the 4-6th grade competitive sports programs! Sometimes the teams are far too big for ideal sports development, though. I wish they were a better size (13 on a volleyball team is FAR too many for everyone to get playing time).

East Valley YMCA Family Programs (i.e., Ninja, Enrichment Classes & Parents Night Out)
Staff is always very kind and attentive with the children. I really appreciate Elody's positive attitude and encouragement coaching the next ninja classes. My boys look forward to the Parents Night out events and always talk about how much fun they have!

The personnel are very friendly and helpful. My trainer, Alex, is very considerate of my inexperience using gym equipment. All the staff I've met have been very friendly and helpful.

Classes are awesome
I love the Y. I go to the Circuit class three times a week, participate in the craft of the month, in the balance class and will be in the new Spanish conversation class.
I love the group classes! The instructors are so fun. Overall this Y has great vibes and a great community.
Love the yoga chair classes. Wish they were available on Fridays also

I like the variety of workout machines you offer. I like there are family friendly versions so my kids feel comfortable workouting too. I like there are multiples of the machines.
I like the environment, the quality of people who work out there, the lack of loud music and videos, that the equipment is in good repair. It's not overcrowded and you can get on the machines. I really enjoy working out at the Y.
