Location and amenities
Friendly staff. Jeri's a fantastic instructor in my silver sneakers class.
Not overly crowded x lots of options to work out. Equipment is in good shape and most people wipe down the equipment once they are done.

you have good instructors she watch their clients and they try to work within their means and ablity so the clients don’t feel less than the person they are . the instructors are friendly and respectful and are knowledge in what they are teaching.

The circuit training Group on MWF at 8 a.m. is so fun!

Everything is great but the music on the cardio screens is almost always overloaded. I believe COX is responsible for this. Thanks for a great gym.
