A wide variance of equipment, and they are very careful to post their work hours. I have been attending the gym for about 6 years and have found it to be very useful except for the summer months when I am in Pinetop lakes.
Great instructors, nice people, beneficial classes
I have truly enjoyed the pool. Using it has been a highlight of my health and the summer. The lifeguards are all kind and responsive. I do like the reservation system for lanes but don't always enjoy sharing with some people. I think my biggest regret is 'no show' people that keep others from swimming.

The programs for the kids (kids night out, slime, ninjas) and day care while you work out are second to none!
The instructors, staff and members are very friendly. This makes for an inviting space that is welcoming to those who have just joined the Y or are interested in trying a new class. There's always someone who is willing to take time to provide assistance.
