I think you have very good instructors that do the classes. They explain very well what we'll be doing and add their humor to make the class more fun. I've made many nice friendships there.

The Carefree Y has friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is some popular machines are in short supply.

I keep saying it - I love everything about the Valley of the Sun YMCA! The instructors, the classes, all the people at the front desk and of course, all the people who go there. Everyone is so nice, it makes going to work out a pleasure!

Clean , nice people , there is always a wise guy 🤨, near home , wish would close 10 pm . There is a manager SARAH , she is just wonderful, professional, she has the ability to communicate with a 5 year old 10 - 20 - 35 - 45 - 50 - 60 , that is an art never gets upset , always happy to help ::::: no one learns that in schools, college is a gift . COMMENDABLE. An asset to have specially in a business any business. Love exercising, great 👍

I really wish you would bring back the 11am or daytime mat pilates classes. They were so well attended and had terrific instructors.
