Convinent location, clean, wonderful and encouraging staff and clients. Opportunities to participate in a variety of exercise, swimming and strength training classes.
Love the Desert Foothills Y. It is such a wonderful community.
Only concern I have is the lack of evening classes for those of us that work. We have always had a night water aerobics class every late spring. However, we are being told there isn't a teacher available. this is the only class I can attend due to my work schedule. I would appreciate it continuing.
Suggestions to find an instructor would be to advertise on online at Nextdoor and Cave Creek Bulletin board.
Really hope this class will continue.
Love the exercise classes for seniors. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the time you get there until you leave. Very clean.

The staff is very friendly & welcoming. The class schedule is diverse. The hours that the YMCA is open work well with my schedule.
The pool availability is a life saver for me. I do my physical therapy - non-weight bearing hour three times a week and I can walk .... Otherwise it would be so much more painful.
Now that new machines have been added.no waiting for the NU-Step, ordered by my doc. Easy to park, nice staff, nice atmosphere…
It is clean, a good variety of exercise equipment and it is kept in good working condition.

All Y team members are so helpful and kind. The gym is clean.
Clean facility, excellent lap swim experience including the ability to reserve a lane quickly and easily via the Y app.

I love the Silver Sneakers classes. Laurie is a fantastic instructor and makes the classes very productive and fun. I go to classes every day. The movie outings are always great.
I have made a number of new friends at Silver Sneakers.
The swim lifeguards are the absolute best!!!

It’s close to where I live. And the facility is clean and has a lot of equipment to use. Overall I’m happy going there to work out.
