Not too crowded when I go. Good equipment.
The Y serves the entire community, young and old. As a senior citizen, I have found that it provides access to exercise machine to help keep my body healthy. The staff has been helpful and friendly.

I usually work in the jumpstart part in the back, clean, nice and quiet and temperature control very well. Just enough exercise machines for me to work out at 72 years old.
I love the zumba classes, but the people are also the best. Not only the other people taking the class, but the instructors and the staff.

I really enjoy all of the instructor's for aqua fitness. The pools are almost always ready for us to use every day. Great pool staff.

It is an inviting atmosphere without pretense where each member can work out in their own pace. The equipment is readily available, and a staff eager to assist. If you choose to get a personal trainer, they have fabulous staff for that as well.
All the instructors are amazing and caring. The managers could be a little more friendly
