Appreciate the speed signs in the parking lot.
Saw today one sign went up in the aera of the weight machines regarding texting email or whatever home office tasks while sitting on the machines which is blocking the machines from other users. I would recommend add at least 2 or 3 more in the area.

I am just in town for a month every year & am able to go to any Y with my silver sneakers. You have the best classes & instructors ever!! They are fantastic & while I’m there, I attend several fitness classes a week.
I e been coming for several years & will definitely be back when I’m there next year!

I really appreciate all the work the instructors do, Classes are soooo fun! But today I'd like to call special attention to Val What a gem! Her classes are so fun! I always feel like a million buck after one of her workouts. I really look forward to attending her classes.
The classes are friendly, supportive places for people of all ages and fitness levels.
I like the overall feel of the facility. Clean and new equipment. My only negative comment would be is some people seem to spend more time on their phones than actually working out on the equipment. No one should spend 10 to 15 minutes searching on their phones while other people are waiting to use the equipment.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean, spacious and airy. Finally, there are a wide variety of group exercises and activities and the address many different skill levels.
Very friendly staff, very clean, a variety of members of all ages who seem to have consideration and respect for others around them, at least compared to other venues I have attended.
I would say this, people in Japan would never talk on their cell phones, loud or soft, in public in consideration for those around them. Enough said.
We have been members since the opening and love all things about our local Y. Wonderful instructors for group classes, plenty of equipment in the open gym and good hours for the pool.
The group classes are great. The gym is always clean and well managed.

Love the classes and instructors. Valerie Tate is one of the best! She is extremely motivating and makes her classes fun.
The Ahwatukee Y has sufficient equipment and weights for the various age groups who come here. That is a plus. We could all wish that the physical facility were larger with even more space and equipment. The staff are very welcoming friendly and helpful. I appreciate that most people clean the equipment after use. That varies, of course. There has been a decline in the number of trainers and members who “occupy” equipment, that is, they grab and set aside 4-6 barbells or place backpacks or other items at multiple pieces of equipment to “reserve” them and prevent access by others.
I like tthe classes like Silversneakers and Balance. Sometimes Silversneakers were full and I couldn't get in.
A wonderful neighborhood vibe with friendly staff, experienced trainers and instructors, clean facility, great selection of equipment and group class options, various areas to workout in, flexible schedule, spacious locker room and plenty of parking..

I love all the classes. The teachers are great, experienced and prepared. I feel they are successful in helping us seniors stay in shape. They always remind us to listen to our bodies and adapt any exercises to our level.
I love the classes. I wish tho that the instructors did not play the music so loud. It's often hard to hear the instructor, the music is bad and not motivational or relaxing.
