Everyone is very professional and demonstrates caring for the campers. They are always very informative and answer all the questions that me as a parent have.
Dee has created a warm, welcoming environment where my child immediately felt at home, made new friends on Day #1, and was thrilled to be back with returning GL Ms. Kendall. (She’s hoping she gets to be with consistently!)
Dee’s leadership to her PT Team is obvious and she is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely committed to earning the trust of staff, campers and parents. Her openness to feedback is clear and appreciated.
She is working hard to train and unify her staff- and her dedication and commitment is so seen, so valued, and so inspiring.
Only note is that I’d love to see more consistent and proactive communication through the app—daily updates or even a brief recap would be awesome and communication when they have left/arrived back from trips etc.
We’re grateful for the care and effort poured into the program and look forward to seeing it grow even stronger!
My son loves it. It’s sometimes hard to get an answer out of my son when I asked him what he did today when it’s the normal school year. But with here as soon as I get him I’m hearing about it non stop. He comes home with a huge smile on his face
My child comes home happy every day. She is having fun. I know she’s safe and taken care of. She’s involved in activities and is not bored during the day. To me that is important.

The counselors are always friendly and supportive. My child loves the activities and always comes home with a smile on her face, which means the world to me. This is our 3rd year and I cannot rave about this program enough.
My son wakes up excited and ready to go with his friends! It's great to see how much he is enjoying camp and coming out of his comfort zone.
My kids have a fabulous time. I appreciate all the communication leading up to camp and during the camp. The check in and out procedures were flawless and I appreciate the happy and safe environment!

The pick up and drop off process is simple and efficient. My son has been going to the camp for the last 3 years and he said this year is the best so far. The activities provided are top notch and a great value for the price. The camp is monitored very well and the camp counselors are always engaged.

We are going through a difficult season after a multi traumatic accident. The staff at the YMCA Day Camp genuinely loves my son. He can often be a grumpy and anxious child, but they are so good with him that he is excited and joyful, as a child should be.
Was very impressed with the variety of activities. My son was so excited to go to camp everyday.

All-day care with lots of outdoor activity with field trips is a great way to keep an 11 y.o. busy.
