White Rock YMCA provides such a unique opportunity for senior adults, myself included! I love and appreciate how so many classes are both challenging, appropriate and fun for our age group. The teachers are phenomenal in their dependability, attitudes, and commitment to their jobs! I attend classes five days a week, feeling the benefits physically, mentally and emotionally. The Y is filled with friendly, interesting, loving folks! I’ve made a lot of friends over the years and watching all of the other groups that gather together for coffee and conversation after exercising, I feel that this is true for so many others!

Love the 8:30am yoga class on MWF. The teacher and my classmates are the best. I enjoy coffee after class , goat FRIDAY and activities as a group outside of the Y

The Y is such a wonderful place, and it not only has great classes but it is full of wonderful people who work there and exercise there. It's always so welcoming and comforting and I recommend it to anyone who asks for a great place to keep their health and brain under control!

Clean gym with good equipment. Temperature is fairly cold which is huge if you’re sweating (and that’s the goal of working out). Friendly staff. Nice bathrooms.

The quality of the equipment and the staff is always helpful and knowledgable. You do need additional parking though.
My experience with the YMCA has truly been a blessing. They’ve always worked with me and stepped in to support my family when we needed it the most. Because of their help, my kids get to be part of something special—they’re out there playing sports, having fun, and building confidence. That means the world to me.
