The Y is such a wonderful place, and it not only has great classes but it is full of wonderful people who work there and exercise there. It's always so welcoming and comforting and I recommend it to anyone who asks for a great place to keep their health and brain under control!

Clean gym with good equipment. Temperature is fairly cold which is huge if you’re sweating (and that’s the goal of working out). Friendly staff. Nice bathrooms.

The quality of the equipment and the staff is always helpful and knowledgable. You do need additional parking though.
My experience with the YMCA has truly been a blessing. They’ve always worked with me and stepped in to support my family when we needed it the most. Because of their help, my kids get to be part of something special—they’re out there playing sports, having fun, and building confidence. That means the world to me.

I enjoy the classes the staff is very kind knowledgeable. I do wish you had some barre, Pilates classes later in the evening 6:30 PM

I love that it feels like an extension of my neighborhood. My husband and I can walk to this location, so parking is not an issue for us like it is for many at this location. We have flexible hours so we tend to work out during off times making space and equipment very available.
There are a few classes I enjoy and appreciate that we often have subs instead of cancelled classes if the teacher is unavailable.
I truly love the little lounge in the front, while I never sit there, it brings me a lot of joy to see others that do utilize the space for chats and meetings.
I love child watch. It is a game changer and I love to continue to see kids events and parents night out!

The childcare here is amazing! I trust the staff completely with my baby girl and my boy which is not something I say lightly. As a mom, having a place where you can leave your kids and trust the staff is not only competent to take care of them but also keeps your kids engaged and makes sure they are loved on and have a good time is everything to me and that's what truly helps me relax and focus on my health for a while in the gym.
Early hours - 5am opening - Mon-Friday. I wish it opened earlier on Saturday and especially on Sundays.
I wish there were more early 5:30am classes.
Great selection of weight machines. I wish they wouldn't move them around so much.

Working out with my trainer, Donovon, has helped me to realize an improved is physical well being.
The facilities are excellent and are updated frequently. It’s one of the few (and best) daycares in Dallas fitness facilities. The schedule of classes is amazing - there’s something for everyone! And it’s a place of friendships and community.
I am very happy with how kind the staff are, as well as the convenience of having a safe place for my teenaged son to shoot hoops and work out!
We have been members for almost 4 years and we couldn’t be more pleased with it!
