The childcare is really what makes the Whiterock Y so great for us. We have three kids who can be a handful, but the childcare has been consistently fantastic. Shout out Raymond and Megan who are always particularly amazing and really helped make us feel comfortable dropping our kids off!

The YMCA has a very wholesome atmosphere that you don’t find anywhere else. Typically the other gym members are polite and respectful. And the staff is always friendly.
Swimming otuside in the morning is beautiful. Facilities are bright and cheery.

We love the Y whether for morning stretching, classes, childcare for mom to have a break, the pool when it's super hot, or PNO for a nice night out. Our Y is valuable to our family.

White Rock has a well laid-out and super clean facility with a very friendly team and my daughter loves the Childs Watch group whenever she joins. The pool is also a great size that I've never seen overcrowded. Love our White Rock YMCA!

I love having access to childcare while I work out—it makes such a difference! Raymond has been consistently kind and welcoming, always greeting my daughter with a smile. I also really enjoy the variety of fitness classes and the amazing instructors. The facilities are clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere is very family-friendly. It truly feels like a supportive community.
My grandchildren have taken swimming lessons at the White Rock YMCA Pool four summers in a row, I think. They were in the class for 6 year olds in July. My daughter enrolled them and was told they were placed in an appropriate class. After several sessions, the instructor decided they needed more challenge, but there was not an option to meet that need. That was a little disappointing. Our busy summer schedule prohibited enrolling in another two-week session. We will take advantage of swimming opportunities next year.
It's convenient to my house. The people who work there are very nice. I use the gym area and like the equipment - especially treadmills and exercise bikes.
