First off, everyone is so friendly. From reception to instructors and members--the experience is one of smiles and enthusiastic energy. It is truly a pleasure to come here.
Second, the classes are fun and numerous. You have been successful in creating something for everyone. That is no easy feat! The well-trained instructors (Lisa and Caery) whose classes I attend regularly are the best. They are highly knowledgeable and helpful during Pilates and Barre.
Many class members are also "regulars" who are likely to give the same positive feedback.

As a first time mom, child care member benefit at YMCA has helped me return to the gym. I am very pleased with the care and the attentiveness towards my child.
I am enjoying the AOA classes and like how clean the building is kept. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Great YMCA! Very friendly and welcoming. Exercise machines are really good and also this one is very light filled with all the nice open windows.
It's not cheap, but has excellent workout setting, equipment, and staff.

The soccer season ran great. Only thing is, I wish we had schedules earlier than a week out.

We had a great season. The only callout I would consider for YMCA staff to address our teams who create their own uniforms. We had several players callout teams 'special' uniforms. Feels odd to have teams sign up for YMCA soccer, but don't wear their jerseys.

I just had to cancel my membership for a while b/c I had a terrible fall on my horse and shattered my arm and shoulder.
I got a get well card from the YMCA board members. That was way above and beyond anything I would have expected...and secured my future loyalty to the Y.
Great classes and instructors
I love the fact that when you are at the Y on a regular basis you really feel like you belong to a special community and not just a gym. I don't think you get the commorodority at any other gym like you do at the Y. It is the community that truly makes it special.

The front desk staff is friendly, child care is available and the kids like it. All of the classes are excellent and the instructors each have their own style which keeps it fun.
