The YMCA is a great value and offers something for almost everyone. The staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.
The White Rock YMCA is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. There is a lot of variety in their program offering for both the mind and the body, making it a well-rounded wellness facility.
The White Rock Y is a huge part of our family life! We do many sports there, swim there, use the facilities to workout, donate blood there, etc. We are happy with sports there, and ballet... all is inclusive and fun, but affordable.
I sincerely wish there was a way to keep the pool open more. Earlier in the spring and later in the year.

I really like working out at the Y. I LOVE Nina and Becca's Body Pump classes. I have formed great friendships by attending classes, that it feels like a family. Very up light and motivating!

It continues to be a great place to have our kids play sports. Affordable and great for team-and friend-building.

Nice
The people. The sense of community. The Y has great machines and equipment but we could get that many places. The instructors are skilled and the roster of classes is huge…and mothers can use the free daycare. The summer swim program teaches kids and adults alike and takes those classes off site to teach those who aren’t members. Youth sports and summer day programs are fantastic, and we even have pickleball! We have ballet classes for kids, as well as special programs for teens. It’s an important part of our life!
