Its just a great place to work out. When our kids were small they participated in youth sports at the Northaven YMCA and now that they are grown my wife and I still workout there. Fair price, clean building and equipment and great community.
We love the fact that the YMCA was built on Christian principles and provide a way to take care of our bodies the Lord has given us and fellowship with others.
