Everyone in so family oriented! A very welcoming staff who greet you by name with care! Lovely place to workout and feel comfortable with others! So thankful for the opportunity to visit 2 to 3 times a week. Blessed girl, I am!!

I like that they have classes for seniors. the coffee room with tables for visiting, the occasional seniors special events, and the exercise equipment for days that I can't make a class.

I have answered several of these so in the future I will refer you to look at them. My answer is the same. I love the staff, the friendly members. It is my second home. I go every weekday morning and will continue to do so until I can't!

I enjoy Zumba.
It's clean; it's friendly; it's convenient; and there is an abundance and variety of machines to use.
The accommodations are good and there is a good variety of group exercise classes.
