Good league setup, good referees
It was a good season of flag football. Refs were great with the kids. It was a challenge though with scheduling and with adventure guides. We needed up playing three double headers and went all of April without any games. But still a good season!
It’s is a good way to have kids try out a sport for the first time in a supportive and encouraging environment.

I like that there are tables in the lobby where people can have conversations.
The blood pressure monitor is nice if someone is worried about that.
The pot luck luncheons are also nice.
That said, I envy the communities around Park Cities and Lake Highlands for their beautifully renovated facilities.
The overall experience with the soccer team at the Y was wonderful. The coaches were great, YMCA communication was smooth, and my child had a very nice season. We would recommend.

We had a good experience coming from i9 which was not good. By comparison Richardson Y was very organized and frictionless. We also had wonderful parents and coaches. We will be back next year.

The Richardson Y has great group exercise classes and has very good exercise equipment.

Clean. Great employees. Not too many people in the exercise area.

I love that I can come work out in a very safe environment where it’s low key and chill. My kids also absolutely love coming to childcare because each worker cares for my kids! I’m so thankful to have a place we love and trust and feel a part of!

The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean, though it lacked many amenities. I still have access to other YMCAs in the area and nationwide.
I like how classes are included within the membership + childcare. It’s affordable and it allows my family to stay active
