I like the instructor in the fitness class I'm in. She's the best. Also,I've gotten to know many in the group and that makes it even more positive. It's worth coming a little further out to exercise to be in such an enthusiastic bunch.

I just stopped in to check the facility out and was greeted with smiles and warmth. I had an excellent tour, signed up and had a nice workout! The facility is clean, great equipment and a peaceful environment. I cannot wait to dive in a bit more with time.
