My kid had the best time. Loved all the special activities and from his stories the councilors were very funny.
hours, pool, equipment, shower, towels etc, all clean, with friendly helpful staff and members
Clean, friendly, good equipment
You have everything I need. The Y is as good as any workout place in Dallas
We really enjoy the YMCA. The staff are attentive and helpful. love the new equipment setup on the top floor.
It has everything you need from a workout and locker room stand point. Every other gym I’ve tried, in a similar price range, has one of those things but not both.
I like moody
Great facility, parking, classes and staff for a great price
LOVE the YMCA.
Morning Rush hour: 5:30-7:00 AM time frame
Biggest negative, too many people on their phones while sitting on the weight exercise machines or in the bench in the free weights area. Bad self-awareness that they're tying up a machine while causally looking at their phones. Just wasting time looking at their phone.
When Gold's Gym was open Preston Center, RULE: NO PHONES! Phones are acceptable on elliptical trainer and treadmills. ,.
Location and parking. Equipment and space.
Workout areas for cardio and weight training.
The pool is a great advantage.
Location, facility cleanliness and equipment variety…and I people!
I enjoy exercising on the rowing machine.
The staff is friendly, the facility is so clean and the classes are great!
The Moody Y is clean and the employees are great. I really should explore more classes as I usually only play pickleball there.
I wish the Y had a sauna.
Thanks

Everything. The gentle yoga class taught by Harriet is a joy!
Like the friendly staff, new shower updates—curtains that are bigger and clean-looking, better shower heads that are within each for shorter people. I like the water aerobics program.
Thank you!
This is the best Y there is. I absolutely love this gym! Always so clean, everyone is so friendly. 10/10 everytime.
Going back years, it has always a good experience!
Many things. Welcoming, Great staff. Great facility.
What I don't like. I consider Moody to be the premier YMCA in the area. However, while all other Y's have better Pickleball nets on rollers and are staying with the times. You offer us subpar nets that are in poor condition. And have no problem asking the players to put them together and take them down. Many have gone to other Y's or to Tolleson. Partly, we only have 2 courts. That is understandable because of the school. But when the school is not in session, can it not be opened up? It is the fastest-growing sport, but you are not the fastest at keeping up.
Friendly, clean, great equipment and good hours.
Comfortable when working out. Peaceful. Not intimidated.
The variety of classes, kindness of the staff and the friendships I have made.
cheerful and helpful staff
All the staff members are friendly
It is always clean and organized.
It's a wonderful neighborhood location, friendly, professional folks, beautiful facility, clean, great machines and equipment. All in all, it's a great experience and very affordable!! I've just begun attending so I know there is more in store for me to see and learn!
