The facilities are great, well maintained, and there are plenty of offerings in a lot of different categories.
I like that I can run into other people in my same stage life who care about being healthy and fit. So there’s camaraderie there. I have had three personal training sessions and was very pleased.
I also think it’s a good value and it is very close to my home which makes it easy to get there.
I think the parking is also sufficient.
The friends I have made
The staff, especially at the front desk is very friendly and calls people by there name. They ask how your day is going and genuinely care. I also love the aqua fitness instructor named Emily. She makes everyone feel welcome, plays great music, and gets my heart rate up!

Moody Family Y is welcoming and has great equipment/facilities for a variety of physical activities. Also, the coffee bar provides a good reason for members to gather and make for a strong community.
I love that you have a lot of the bikes, etc. My wish list would beL weight area was larger, more mats available for stretching, and an outdoor path around the enclosed grassy area for walking / running. Other than that, it's all good.

It’s easy, clean and well managed
Great for the cost, my kids got to do a lot of things I can’t afford to do with them like riding on a boat on a lake, while I went back to work. Counselors were kind and patient with my kids. They swore they would hate it and they loved it.
I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and we had a very knowledgeable young coach. I am sorry the lessons don’t continue beyond the summer
