What do you like about your The Rise School at Moody Family YMCA experience?

This school has been life changing for my family. I am very thankful for the education they gave my son who has Down syndrome who is now doing well in a general education classroom as a second grader in at his neighborhood public school. I credit rise for getting him as prepared as possible. Everyone there from Maude as the director to the individual teachers like Nick and Tara to the TAs to the therapists like Stephanie are all so competent and caring.

What do you like about your membership at the Moody Family YMCA experience?

I love gentle yoga with Dan on Monday & Wednesday; it makes my YMCA membership worth every penny. I do use the equipment on weekends and appreciate the availability for my schedule.

The community! and the classes. Although, it would be great to have some Body Pump and/or HIIT or Power Yoga one morning a week at 6:30 or 7:00 am.
